i thought that they were going to show new weapons , post beta , since that pic looks like master chief is holding some type of personal shield.
I for one am really happy that once again MS listens to their consumers and respond accordingly . I honestly believe that upping the warranty from 1 to 3 years is definitely a huge step in the right direction because not only does it say "yea, we admit we messed up " . but it also says " we're on it " , atempting to continue to keep consumer faith.
Its these little things that other companies should take notes on ..... listening to your consumers.

...it wasn't so much the dominance of the 360 as much as it was Ken Kutaragi whom destroyed Sony when he sounded unreasonably surreal with all of his promises , which ended up never coming true. They lost alot of consumer faith. That can be devastating to any company. Once you loose it , it is very hard to get back.
Ms on the other hand has been listening very closely to their fans. While they have not had the smoothest of roads , they undoubtedly are going in the right direction. ...
